As
previously announced, PowerFleet, Inc. (the “Registrant”) will host a joint investor day with MiX Telematics Limited (“MiX
Telematics”) on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time (11:00 a.m. Pacific time) to discuss the previously announced
business combination between the Registrant and MiX Telematics. A copy of the presentation for the joint investor day is being furnished
as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
The
