Perion Network Rebrands, Highlighting App Promotion and Monetization Tools for Developers

New brand, including an updated brand identity,
follows company's new strategy, focusing on B2B customers.
Perion Network Ltd. (NASDAQ: PERI) today officially launched its
new corporate brand architecture, “dynamic” brand identity, new set
of messaging and communication tools and a new corporate
website.
Following Perion's new strategy, which focuses on B2B customers,
the Company embarked on building an updated brand structure that
would better reflect its business strategy based on both organic
and non-organic growth. The company’s visionary promise was
rephrased “to allow mobile and desktop app developers to realize
their business vision." Perion’s offering is now covered under its
new “Perion Business Platform” that includes a complete set of
solutions for promoting, monetizing and optimizing its customer’s
assets and marketing activity. The new brand is built upon Perion’s
core values, including immanent commitment to performance and
customer needs, dynamic nature, transparency and simply being
human.
As part of the rebranding process, Perion's brand has been
modernized and is the first "dynamic identity” to be unveiled by an
Israeli company. The dynamic logotype has a “living P” within it
that constantly changes, with a different curve element in each
appearance. This reflects the company’s dynamic nature and
capability to innovate and lead the industry’s high-speed
evolution, benefiting its customers.
Along with the new brand identity, Perion has also unveiled a
new monolithic brand architecture that includes a separate
presentation for each business unit, in which all units endorse the
Perion master brand. Perion will manage its end-consumer activity
through a new “Consumer Apps” division. Perion also revealed a hint
of its new business activity in the mobile app marketing arena
under a new brand: Perion Lightspeed
