In connection with its second quarter earnings release for the
period ended March 31, 2007, Pediatric Services of America, Inc.
d/b/a PSA HealthCare (Nasdaq:PSAI) announced today that it has
scheduled a conference call on Wednesday May 9, 2007 at 11:00 a.m.
EDT with Daniel J. Kohl, President and Chief Executive Officer and
James M. McNeill, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
