Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 1, 2023, Jeffrey V. Burt resigned as Chief Accounting Officer (“CAO”) at Legacy Housing Corporation (“Legacy” or the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Burt’s resignation was personal in nature and was not the result of any disagreement related to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
