MARSHALL EDWARDS TO HOST ANNUAL MEETING OF STOCKHOLDERS

Novogen Limited’s subsidiary, Marshall Edwards, Inc., (NASDAQ: MSHL) has made the following announcement.

San Diego – 22 November, 2011 – Marshall Edwards, Inc.(Nasdaq: MSHL), an oncology company focused on the clinical development of novel therapeutics targeting cancer metabolism, will host its Annual Meeting of Stockholders at 10:00 am Pacific time on Thursday, 1 December, 2011 at its offices, located at 11975 El Camino Real, Suite 101, San Diego, California, to consider and vote on certain matters, including the election of directors, the amendment and restatement of the company’s equity compensation plan and the ratification of the appointment of the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm. I n addition, Daniel P Gold, PhD, President and Chief Executive Officer, will present a brief update on the company and its lead oncology drug candidates.
