On December 16, 2020, Great Southern Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for Great Southern Bank, issued a press release announcing a quarterly dividend of $0.34 per common share for the fourth quarter of the calendar year ending December 31, 2020, payable on January 12, 2021 to shareholders of record on December 28, 2020. A copy of the press release, including unaudited financial information released as a part thereof, is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
