GL Energy and Exploration Inc. - Board of Directors changes
VANCOUVER, Oct. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- On September 30, 2004,
GL Energy and Exploration Inc. (GEEX:OTCBB) (Hereinafter referred
to, in this press release, as "GL Energy") announced that David
Michery was appointed President and Director, and Marcus Sanders
was appointed Director of GL Energy and Exploration. The September
30, 2004 Press Release also stated that Donald Byers resigned as
President and Director of GL Energy and Frank Rossi, also resigned
as a Director of the Company. The September 30, 2004 press release
incorrectly stated that said appointments and resignations were,
"Effective September 22, 2004". Donald Byers and Frank Rossi
resignation was effective the September 30, 2004, and David
Michery's and Marcus Sanders' appointments became effective October
1, 2004. Subsequent to their appointment to the Board of Directors,
October 4, 2004, the Board of Directors appointed David Michery as
Chairman of the Board and CEO, Kent Puckett as Treasurer, Secretary
and CFO, and Marcus Sanders as General Counsel to G.L. Energy. In
addition, the Company has relocated its corporate address,
effective immediately, to10330 Pioneer Blvd., Suite 290, Santa Fe
