(1)	This amount represents a restricted stock grant that vests in a single installment on April 27, 2021.
(2)	This indirect ownership represents shares owned by trusts in which Mr. Edwards is trustee and Administrator. Mr. Edwards disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that Mr. Edwards is the beneficial owner of such securities for purposes of Section 16 or any other purpose.
(3)	This indirect ownership represents shares to Twenty-Three Oaks, LP A Partnership, a limited partnership of which the reporting person is the general partner and of which the reporting person, his spouse, and adult children are the limited partners. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of the common stock held by the limited partnership except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
