announced today that it has named two new directors to its board.
New members of the board are Dean M.
Willard (Pebble Beach,
Calif.) and Edward A. Keible,
Jr. (Cornelius, N.C.), both
current shareholders.

expertise in the high technology arena and in leading companies
from startups to multi-billion dollar enterprises will assist GMW
in transitioning from its current development stage through
commercialization of its proprietary data," GMW Board Chairman
William Readdy said.
Mr. Willard is Founder, Chairman and CEO of Sangha Associates,
Inc., a private equity investment and management services company,
and is Executive in Residence for the Jordan Company in NYC with
whom Sangha provides management resources and co-invests. Mr.
Willard is Director of multiple companies including Haas Group
International, Vantage Specialty Chemicals, and the VT Group. Mr.
Willard was educated at California State
University.
Mr. Keible is currently Chief Executive of Capstan Advisors.
Prior to founding Capstan, he spent fifteen years as CEO of Endwave
Corporation (NASDAQ-ENWV). Previously, he was the Senior VP at
Raychem Corporation, responsible for the International and
Electronics businesses. He holds BA, BE and ME degrees in materials
science, from Dartmouth College, and an
MBA in finance from Harvard.
