American Software’s Board Approves the Quarterly Cash Dividend

Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.11 per share,
The dividend is payable to the Class A and Class B Common
Shareholders of record at the close of business on February 9,
2018. The dividend will be paid on or about February 23, 2018.
