Amdocs Limited Issues Statement Regarding Recent Events in Israel
JERSEY CITY, NJ October 12, 2023 Amdocs Limited (NASDAQ: DOX), a leading provider of software and services to
communications and media companies, today issued the following statement regarding the current situation in Israel:
We are horrified by the unconscionable
terrorist attack against Israel. Our primary concern is the safety and security of our employees and their families and on providing support to them during this difficult time. We want to sincerely thank our customers, partners, and employees around
the world for reaching out to their colleagues at Amdocs to express their support.
With revenue from customers in Israel comprising less than 0.5% of
total revenue, and the vast majority of our employees outside of Israel, we currently do not expect these events to materially adversely affect our business. While we continue to monitor the situation closely, our operations in Israel continue
without material interruption. Additionally, as a global company, with support and development centers around the world, we are able to serve our customers seamlessly, providing 24/7 service and support to all our customers and business operations
worldwide, while tending to the needs of our employees and their families in Israel.
