("The Company"), (Nasdaq: AMCN), a leading operator of out-of-home advertising platforms in China targeting mid-to-high-end consumers, today announced that it will report its unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2011 after the U.S. market closes on Monday, May 9, 2011. The Company will hold an earnings conference call on the same day at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time (8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 Beijing/Hong Kong Time).

A replay of the call will be available for 1 week between 11:00 p.m. on May 9, 2011 and 11:00 p.m. on May 16, 2011, Eastern Time.
