                    RAM announces progress on FIFPro Awards

Ram Investment plc today (18 August) announced that FIFPro (Federation
Internationale des Associations de Footballers Professionnels, the worldwide
representative organisation for all professional footballers), had selected the
young stars nominated as 'FIFPro Young Player of the Year' at the inaugural
FIFPro World Player XI Awards, the world's first and only international
player-voted football awards ever staged and broadcasted globally.

The twelve young players from football leagues around the globe were nominated
by FIFPro's awards committee. The winner will be voted for by the public in each
broadcast territory around the world over the next few weeks and will be
announced at the prestigious FIFPro World Player XI Awards ceremony in London on
19th September 2005

The young players nominated for the award are (club/ country):

1.      Javier Alejandro Mascherano (Sport Club Corinthians / Argentina)
2.      Wayne Rooney (Manchester United/ England)
3.      Arjen Robben (Chelsea/ Holland)
4.      Bastian Schweinsteiger (FC Bayern Munchen/ Germany)
5.      Robinho (Real Madrid/ Brazil)
6.      Dong Fangzhou (Royal Antwerp FC/ China)
7.      Cristiano Ronaldo (Manchester United/ Portugal)
8.      Francesc Fabregas (Arsenal/ Spain)
9.      Rio Antonio Mavuba (Bordeaux/ France)
10.     Giorgio Chiellini (Fiorentina/ Italy)
11.     Obafemi Martins (Inter/ Nigeria)
12.     Freddy Adu (D.C. United/ USA)


The FIFPro World Player XI Awards ceremony takes place under the shadow of the
new landmark Wembley Stadium arch, at Wembley Conference and Exhibition Centre,
London on 19th September 2005.

There will also be a number of other awards presented at the awards evening -
the World Player of the Year awarded to whoever in the World XI receives the
most votes overall, the World XI Legend award voted for by the FIFPro Awards
Committee and the FIFPro World XI, a secret ballot where FIFPro's players have
voted to honour the four defenders, four midfielders, two forwards and
goalkeeper they most admire.

The FIFPro World XI Player Awards will be produced by Celador Music & Events (a
subsidiary of Celador International), following an agreement in October 2004
with RAM Investment Group PLC to acquire the production rights to the event.
