FTR Limited (FTR) today announced that the New Zealand Ministry has selected its solutions partner, Tranzscript Ltd, as the preferred vendor for the upgrade of the existing digital audio recording solution. FTR products will be the basis for managing the digital audio record throughout the New Zealand court system. According to Tony Douglass, Tranzscript's CEO, this will be a significant upgrade project. "Installing the first stage of 44 courtroom systems throughout New Zealand, in addition to the New Zealand Supreme Court, is a significant task requiring a customized solution based on reliable technology.
