capital of Ormonde Mining Plc ("Company") has decreased from 11.95% to 10.89%.
This is a result of its subsidiary, JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited, in
its capacity as discretionary investment manager for various funds (which
includes the discretion to exercise voting rights), decreasing its interests in
