Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and to the Irish Stock
Exchange for 350,000 new ordinary shares of Euro0.025 each, which will rank pari
passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares in the Company,
to be admitted to dealing on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and the
IEX of the Irish Stock Exchange. These shares have been issued pursuant to the
exercise of share options. It is expected that dealings will commence therein on
15 August, 2006.
