Transaction in own shares / Total Voting Rights
Aferian plc (LSE AIM: AFRN), a software-led global media
technology company that delivers modern TV experiences, announces
that on 10 August 2021 the Company transferred 98,163 ordinary
shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") out of treasury (the "Transfer"), to satisfy exercises of
options by employees.
Following the Transfer, the Company will have 85,099,368
Ordinary Shares in issue. There are now 1,661,644 Ordinary Shares
held in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in
the Company is 83,437,724. This number may be used by shareholders
as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in
their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
