Stream Appoints Stephen Loynd to Director of Vertical Marketing Strategies

companies, today announced that it has appointed Stephen Loynd as
Director of Vertical Marketing Strategies. Based in the company’s
Wellesley, Mass., headquarters, Loynd will be responsible for
leading Stream’s positioning and go-to-market strategies as they
relate to new and existing vertical industry segments, such as
financial services, technology, telecommunications, healthcare and
retail.
As a seasoned professional in the high-tech and BPO industry,
Loynd brings more than 15 years of strategic technology marketing
experience to Stream. He comes to Stream most recently from IDC, a
global provider of market intelligence and advisory services for
the IT and telecom industries. At IDC, Loynd served as research
analyst and global program manager for the contact center business.
As a leader on IDC’s BPO team, he provided expertise on industry
trends and opportunities worldwide, and published research
including competitive landscapes, as well as forecast and analyses
on the contact center market. Some of Stephen’s most recently
published works include the recent IDC Marketscape report,
“Comprehensive Customer Care BPO 2010 Vendor Analysis” and the
“Worldwide and U.S. Outsourced Customer Care Services 2010-2014
Forecast.”
