Libbey Inc. is in the final stages of a complex plan to emerge from bankruptcy as a private company with new ownership and a clean financial slate.

While Libbey first expected to exit bankruptcy proceedings in September, the company this week filed another in a series of extensions that moves the projected date to Nov. 6.

8s looking pretty thin yesterday. Getting ready to pop. Factorys been very busy in full production mode. Parking lot extremely full every time I drive by. They’ve been in my city since the 1800s and Toledo will not and I repeat will not let Libby go under.

Item 3.03 Material Modification to Rights of Security Holders.
