American Coastal Insurance Corporation (the “Company”) is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended June 30, 2023 (the “Form 10-Q”) within the prescribed time period. The Company requires additional time to finalize its financial statements and disclosures, and to allow the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm to complete procedures related thereto.

The Company expects to file its Form 10-Q on or before August 21, 2023, the prescribed due date for the Form 10-Q consistent with Rule 12b-25 and Rule 0-3.
