Ferrari NV said Monday that three members of its senior management team will leave the company as part of a new organizational restructuring to be implemented on Jan. 10.

The Italian sports-car maker said that Chief Technology Officer Michael Leiters, Chief Brand Diversification Officer Nicola Boari and Chief Manufacturing Officer Vincenzo Regazzoni will leave to pursue new opportunities.

Details of the new organizational structure will be released in January. Internal people and external hires for the new structure have been identified, Ferrari said.

"The new structure will further foster innovation, optimize processes and increase collaboration both internally and with partners," it added.
