Castor Maritime Inc. Announces Results of its 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Castor Maritime Inc. (NASDAQ: CTRM), (“Castor” or the “Company”), a
global shipping company specializing in the ownership of dry bulk
vessels, today announced that the Company’s Annual General Meeting
of Shareholders was duly held on October 21, 2019 at 6:00 p.m.
local time at the Company's executive offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
At the meeting each of the following proposals
were approved and adopted:
- The reelection of Mr. Dionysios Makris to serve as Class B
Director until the 2022 Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders; and
- The appointment of Deloitte Certified Public Accountants S.A.
as the Company’s independent auditors for the fiscal year ending
December 31, 2019.
