Item 5.02		Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective October 27, 2017, Darren Horvath, our Principal Accounting Officer and Controller, will no longer be employed with the Company. Mr. Horvath will be receiving a cash bonus of $50,000 and a severance payment of $46,154 in exchange for a general release of claims.
