TORONTO, May 6, 2015 /CNW/ - S&P Dow Jones Canadian
Index Services will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX
Canadian Indices:
The shareholders of GLENTEL Inc. (TSX:GLN) have agreed to the
terms of a Plan of Arrangement with BCE Inc. (TSX:BCE). BCE will
pay a combination of cash and shares for each share of GLENTEL.
GLENTEL will be removed from the S&P/TSX SmallCap Index after
the close of trading on Wednesday, May 13,
2015.
