Hinterland Metals Inc. (TSX VENTURE:HMI) ("Hinterland" or the "Company") wishes
to announce a correction to the press release issued on June 13, 2014 which
stated that "Under the second tranche of the Offering, Hinterland issued ...
1,800,000 Units at a price of $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of $59,000." In
fact Hinterland issued 1,180,000 Units at a price of $0.05 per unit for gross
proceeds of $59,000. All other information reported in the June 13th press
release remains the same.
