Seascope Group PLC, namely relating to the 3,692,986 shares held in aggregate by
Alan Marsh, Quentin Soanes, and Castle Trust & Management Services (collectively
the "Concert Party"). The aggregate shareholding of the Concert Party is 18.68
per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
