IOSCO May Propose Final Currency-Rate Guidelines by Next Month -Bloomberg

The International Organization of Securities Commissions, in a
response to rate-setting abuses of Libor, may as soon as next month
propose rules governing the transparency and oversight of those
benchmarks, Bloomberg News reported Friday on its website, citing
two people familiar with the matter.
The possible guidelines for the benchmarks would include the
WM/Reuters rates, Bloomberg reported. The U.K.'s Financial Conduct
Authority "will review" IOSCO's proposals, a spokesman told
Bloomberg.
