Mastercard Board of Directors Announces Quarterly Dividend

Mastercard Incorporated (NYSE: MA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 40 cents per share. The cash dividend will be paid on May 8, 2020 to holders of record of its Class A common stock and Class B common stock as of April 9, 2020.

Additionally, the company announced that its annual meeting of stockholders will take place at its corporate headquarters on June 16, 2020 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 20, 2020 will be entitled to vote.
