You have to agree that their goal of Nasdaq in 2025 seems short sighted. They haven’t even uploaded any filings. Not even to the SEC. The longer the wait the longer the Nasdaq process will take.

Been there done that. I probably own more shares of this POS than you do. But that doesn’t matter, only thing that matters is this “company” has left shareholders out to dry. They updated otcmarkets company description and that’s it. Ultimately, I am not selling, because I do see the potential. Still gotta face the reality this looks more and more like a dead duck every day. Where are they? They can’t even keep their SOS in good standing. Ridiculous.

Well said sir. I definitely see a pattern. Those that can trade this stock (insiders/MM's) appear to be collecting shares from retail investors. They lower the pps to t1, or 6 decimals to frustrate retail into selling, and then they snap up those shares up to .001. What does that tell you? It tells me that they know that .001 is a bargain when all is said and done.

I'm seeing this insider/MM strategy with other OTC stocks as well. Perhaps they are preparing for an OTC bull market with election results. We shall see...

Research how big the incoming company is.. Look at their many verticals.. Check out the app they're pushing currently "Soctrip". Check out the company's goals.. One of which, is listing on the Nasdaq in 2025... Then do some research on the requirements of a foreign OTC company to uplist to Nasdaq and the timeframe required to be on the OTC. Then look at how long they've had the goal of "Nasdaq listing" in 2025. Or you can continue bitching for absolutely no reason. The company is quiet and they're not pumping a share price, those are both good signs for legitimacy in the OTC (not pumping a merger that hasn't been documented as completed). Or better yet, list your shares at .0005 and watch them disappear by the end of the week. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk

I believe FBECLOLO is running short on time. The end of the 3rd Quarter (September 30. 2024) is fast approaching. They must address their tax delinquency. They're just shy of five months of Reverse Merger silence. With these things in mind, I will continue to hold, while weak hands continue to fold.

I agree with this statement. They need to make a press release and update the shareholder because a lot of us are stuck. We bought these shares due to a lot of factual DD and then they decided to go into expert market. In return, I shared this post that chdobull made through Hahalolo’s US business Facebook messenger. Surprisingly they read it yesterday but did not respond.

Well they are delaying and it's quite possible they're doing that to shake the tree. Look at all the sells for nothing.

Somebody on this board said that they couldn't touch the shares during the merge into fbec. But these trades are very suspect.
It is remotely possible that someone has every intention of sitting on these shares. And thus they would convert them to certificates. I would assume you can still convert to certificates at least digitally. I don't know if they'll give you anything to hang on your wall anymore. But that's the only way I know of they could just disappear like that.
But I'm old enough to know I don't know everything so if anyone wants to educate me, unlike the past two generations I am open to the idea.

Is it possible, Hahalolo is trying to eliminate FBEC shares, by sending them to the Twilight Zone?

Anybody care to explain what is happening with these shares? I'm following through E-Trade and these are initiated sells. They get bought and it appears they're removed from the table. The stock goes to the sell price of quad 9 or 10 and then immediately it's wiped back to quad one or zero. Where are the shares going?

Wyoming sos has their tax status as "delinquent" as of 8-2-24. Per site "delinquent means entity has not filed the required annual report before the 2nd day of it's anniversary due date." I'm not sure how long it can stay in this status, but maybe their hand will be forced and they will have to file something finally?? Just trying to find any kind of hopium I can dig up 🤷🏾‍♂️

HAHALOLO BETTER TREAT FBEC STOCKHOLDERS WELL !!
There is great value in a shell company in helping a private company go public with all of the benefits.
If Fbec current stockholders are not treated well then...
1. It will create a class action lawsuit against Hahalolo. There are plenty of law firms who take these types of cases pro bono.
2, It will cost Hahalolo millions in attorney fees.
3. It will slow down there plans to go to the nasdaq.
4. All the generated news and press releases will tarnish the Hahalolo Brand Name just as they try and establish in the United States.
5. It may also create a SEC investigation to look over everything Hahalolo has done.
(The law firms who work these cases know how to leverage an SEC complaint against a company.)
It would be wise for all parties to be treated well and fairly.

Either way, my FBEC shares are not for sale. However, I will consider selling a portion of my stock, at perhaps, $40.00 - $60.00 per share.

With my stock broker, I am not able to purchase FBEC shares (Expert Market). Therefore, how is it possible to make money, when the price drops ten(10) points??

This is how we make money. If there weren't people like this trading then, it would be very difficult to make money. I mean, I'm not the sharpest bulb in The water closet but, this kind of trading allows people like me to make money.
