and information technology company, has received a $9 million order from the U.S. Army for Falcon
II® AN/PRC-150(C) high-frequency manpack radios.
The Army is acquiring the AN/PRC-150(C) to provide soldiers with
superior long-haul terrestrial beyond-line-of-sight tactical
communication capabilities. Widely deployed by U.S. and NATO
forces across the world, the AN/PRC-150(C) is the only Type-1
certified HF radio available today. The radio provides
continuous coverage in the 1.6 to 60 MHz frequency range,
delivering secure voice and data communications even in the
harshest conditions.
