RSA Security Wins Arbitration Against France Telecom BEDFORD, Mass., April 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- RSA Security Inc. today announced that it has prevailed in an arbitration brought against it by France Telecom and Telediffusion de France. In the suit, France Telecom alleged that RSA Security breached the terms of a patent license granted by France Telecom to RSA Security in 1992. On March 27, 2004, the arbitrator in the case ruled in favor of RSA Security, denying all ofFrance Telecom's claims. The arbitrator also awarded to RSA Security its attorneys fees and costs incurred in connection with the arbitration.
