now at 0.0007, just above the 50day moving average. The incoming company is just too quiet or have nothing to announce. But selling at 0.0007 when many insiders paid for 0.0032? What are these sellers thinking, not even to mention it's not diluting like other pos out there?!

Not PRing is lazy. 59 followers on X is not gonna move the needle and didn’t work too well for past co. If it’s real be real. Not this crap that you need to join or look in the bushes (LinkedIn) to see what’s going on.

No catalyst. Nothing from the new company to share. Chart is good though with 50day crossed over 200day. But how long people will handle the silence? Is this just a startup company?

I think IDVV’s acquisition of ModuLink would include their existing sales and operations. They could be generating revenue presently through the GAC Energy deal (EV products/services). The next quarterly filing should provide info on revenue/sales.

IDVV officially acquired ModuLink. Let’s see if the company issues a PR soon since the ModuLink shareholders - now IDVV shareholders - are significantly in the ‘red’ with their IDVV shares (they got them at 0.0034)

The ModuLink that IDVV acquired is at the top of the corporate structure according to the supplemental filing (all the subsidiaries are under it)

On March 28, 2025, the Company entered into a Share Exchange Agreement (the “Share Exchange”) with the shareholders of ModuLink Investment Limited, a British Virgin Islands limited liability company (“ModuLink BVI”), pursuant to which such shareholders agreed to exchange all their ModuLink BVI shares, constituting all of the issued and outstanding shares of ModuLink BVI, for 2,356,712,066 shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.001, at a per share price of $0.0034. The Share Exchange consummated on May 1, 2025.
