announced that it will hold its 2014 annual meeting of stockholders
on Thursday, May 8, 2014 at
8:30 a.m., local time, at The
Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel and Convention Center, 1601 Lake
Robbins Drive, The Woodlands,
Texas 77380. Holders of record as of the close of
business on March 14, 2014 will be
entitled to vote at the meeting.
Huntsman Corporation will host a meeting for investors and
analysts on Thursday, March 6, 2014
from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., local
time in New York City. The agenda for the meeting will
include a review of the company's business strategy and an in-depth
