Beazer Homes Appoints New Phoenix Division President

Beazer Homes USA, Inc. (NYSE: BZH) (www.beazer.com) announced today the appointment of Tim Little as Phoenix Division President.

Mr. Little has over 30 years experience in the home building industry, including divisional and financial management positions with Standard Pacific, UDC Homes and Estes Homes. Most recently, Mr. Little led the Arizona Division for publicly traded AV Homes. Mr. Little has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Arizona University and holds a Certified Public Accountant license in Arizona and Colorado.
