The Board of Directors of AltaPacific Bancorp (OTC Bulletin
Board:ABNK), the parent company of AltaPacific Bank, has announced
today that it has declared a 5% stock dividend per common share
payable on April 20, 2012, to shareholders of record as of April 6,
2012.
