Unfortunately, I have to agree with your assessment.

I'm not expecting any fins this year until some revenues are booked for HiAlloy Valves (HAV).

If HAV can't sell any valves this year, then MVNT may be changed to "shell risk" or just "shell" by OTCMarkets.

However, if Linh files an Annual report, even with minimal revenues*, MVNT should still be able to avoid a downgrade to the Expert Market (EM).

EM would likely be a death sentence for this ticker.

* I remember one year when the revenues were $5,399 in total. LOL

One thing is for sure. The last financials did not take 3 months to complete and examine before posting. They could have been filed on the 2nd day after their year end.

They won’t file until recurring revenue, if any, is ready to be shown. It sure did not take long to put together the last set of fins. Imo

I've rarely heard such nonsense. Which success-oriented company doesn't attach any importance to its finances? Let's not kid ourselves. The company is on the ground because of the miserable management. Finding excuses such as COVID etc. for this is simply ridiculous and also dangerous. After all, potential investors could be tempted to throw their well-earned money like pearls before swine.

They were supposed to merge velocity

This management is just a sad ass group.

It's pretty bad when you can't get financials out on time when your company made zero dollars.

They thank shareholders for their patients, but don't update their shareholders.

They have made a lot of promises and come through with none.

Their stock is almost back down to the price I paid for it years ago.

They really need to sell the shell so we could all get a little bit of a profit and move on because these numb nuts don't have a clue of what.

Family and friends are probably hating on them since they paid two cents and it's sitting between a half a cent to 3/4 cent so they lost more than half their money.

They were supposed to have merged hi Alloy years ago.

They can't even stay current on their reports, it's not like these dates unknown there is not one Competent person in that group of management.

With a little bit of communication, this stock would've been and stayed in the pennies until they show some decent revenue.

The most likely reason is they don't place a lot of importance on the financials. Then realized they were going grey the next day, called the accountant and said "holy shit" just sign something and send it to me.
There are several different scenarios that could be taking place. The fundamental reason I'm here has not changed one bit.
Yes they have said things that didn't come true. I think Covid was a major factor. While other companies were maxing out their publicity and pumping their stocks with anything covid related Movement had quietly designed and produced it's own machine and donated it to surrounding medical facilities.
Which brings us to the "BIG" question. Why did they go public?
I've been by their place twice. The two restaurants are actually there. Both of them have pretty good reviews.
As long as they are not diluting shareholders I will be here. Actually got a few more on Wednesday

A side note on the Series B preferred shares.

The 2024 Annual report shows 705,000 preferred shares outstanding as of June 30, 2024. However, if you subtract out the 600,000 shares owned by Linh and Long Nguyen (300,000 each), then in reality there were only 105,000 Preferred B shares still outstanding as of June 30, 2024.

However, it should be noted that the total outstanding shares (OS) have increased by exactly 1M shares since June 30, 2024. This implies/suggests that another 10,000 Preferred B shares have been converted since June 30, 2024. This leaves a total of just 95,000 preferred shares left that are not held by Linh and Long Nguyen. That means if all the remaining preferred shares are converted to common shares, the total OS would increase by 9,500,000 shares to exactly 343,219,882.

I don't know what to believe any more about MVNT.

What is in store for MVNT in FY2025?

One thing is for sure. If MVNT doesn't start submitting quarterly reports again, they will NEVER become Pink Current again. Nor will they qualify for the new OTCID "Basic Market" that is supposed to replace the Pink Current tier in July 2025.

Sure, they might be able to remain Pink Limited for an indefinite period as long as they continue to file Annual Reports before the end of the "Grace Period" as they have done for the past two years. But is that the best that they can do? It seems to me that as long as Linh has no other plans for MVNT other than a typical OTC shell company, that is likely what MVNT will remain for the foreseeable future. That is, a Pink Limited OTC company.

Plus some people have called and said they were some what busy who know's if that is true

Adjustedtosteep, haven't heard anything from you regarding MVNT's two consecutive quarters of $0 in revenues.

I am very curious to know what, if any, opinions you have about what is going on with MVNT. We all thought MVNT was different from many typical pink scams in that they had real operations with real revenues. Now MVNT doesn't seem much different than many other pink scams without revenues. But it will get even worse over 2025. So far, we know nothing about Q1 2025. Did they also have $0 revenues in Q1 2025? And what about the now ended Q2 2025? Could they have had $0 revenues for 3 or 4 quarters in a row now?

Someone just out of the blue bought on the open and several hours later the MM's definately went fishing!!!!! That 875 # gave the shorts away. They were the low hits.

Someone smacked the ask

The masses, including the big private investment firms, are all just sucking the teat of the government controlled monsters, the REIT's, the BlackRock's, the Vanguards, and profiting from their momentum. This new administration is making it crystal clear, that wildcatting, and pioneering in the wilderness, risk/reward and freedom are going to be in vouge and highly profitable again. They need to utilize this investment vehicle that we all bought into, or sell it to somebody that understands how to use it, to the publics advantage.

The board is dormant, maybe Linh will sell the shell to somebody that gives a shit about his shareholders. 
This has been my biggest disappointment in the penny casino in almost 50 years.

Linh has only 2 choices in my opinion.
1) He can continue in 2025 to have just HiAlloy as the sole entity owned by MVNT, or
2) He can acquire Velocity.

In scenario #1 MVNT share price will continue sub-penny trading until FY 2025 Annual report is due in September. I personally don't believe Linh will file any quarterly reports until HiAlloy has some revenues to report. I think the downside share price will be limited to $.001, which is the approximate value of a clean shell with the share structure of MVNT.

In scenario #2, the share price for MVNT with Velocity will depend on the revenues anticipated for that company. For example, if the anticipated revenues for Velocity are around $10M, then I expect MVNT to be valued at a minimum of $.03/share.

I'm sure there are other scenarios possible, but the two outlined above are the most likely imho.

Well, here it is everybody. The volume weighted average price for the past 3 years:

3 Years $0.021256 About a half-penny lower over the past 1-year. And about a penny and a half higher over the past 5 years. The 5-year average includes the heydays of MVNT from May 2021 thru mid-Jan. 2022. Share price never went much lower than about $.035 during that period.

Aah, those were the "good old days".

Imo, that would have been a good dream if they had the guts to face shareholders and be honest for once.

If MVNT continues with $0 revenues, at some point the dam will break and share price might come down to a level commensurate with the value of a clean shell.

I don't know what clean shells are going for today, but in the past, I recall a figure of $300K being bandied about on other iHub boards. That would correspond to a share price of $.001 for MVNT. Of course the share price could go lower, depending on how long it might take for someone to purchase the shell.

I still hold some hopes that that will not happen, but if Linh doesn't come up with a plan soon to save this ticker anything will be possible.

If they achieve 4 qtrs with zero revenues, they would be basically a shell company that could be sold to another company that wants to go public. This has basically become VHSC-2

Guess what? 5 years ago, MVNT showed $0 revenues for the last 9 months of FY2020. Just like the past 6 months of FY2024 and maybe more. Q1 FY2025 report not filed yet and perhaps the string of $0 quarterly revenues continues. And Q2 FY2025 is finishing tomorrow. Maybe their string of $0 revenues will extend to 4 quarters! LOL

That really highlights how much progress company has made. NONE!
