It has, but how many times can you go back to the "well"? This stock is a fundamental nightmare and the positive speculation that fuels these big runs is running out as "big meetings", convention attendance, and "meet and geek's" have never amounted to anything tangible for what's now years

Look at the 5 year chart. This stock is a money printer.

Are you joking? Why would holders get out? About a year ago pps was .002, 6 months ago pps was .001, a month ago pps was .0006, and now it's .0004/.0003. Do you notice a trend? Also, Increase in A/S and float shares...with a clear push of shares into the bid at each level down once the bid builds. I don't know if this trend stops and turns upward, and I certainly hope it does, but to ask this question seriously is disconnected from reality

Why would holders be trying to get out. Let it drop only money will happen. 7 billion stocks to go till at least march of 26 . Blah blah blah the sky is falling while DPLS is getting ready to climb again, the wolfs sound more like little scared sheep living in mom's garage. The same people crying all the time. GLTA

Speculation -- the buyers at .0004/.0005 and even at .0003 are thinking the dilutive shares being dumped daily will have to stop soon. I guess they can't imagine it will continue as it has been for the past few months. But reading the 10-K, Dennis is actually warning shareholders "You ain't seen nuthin' yet." He knew what he was doing when he set the A/S at 20Bil.

Holders are trying to get out of this at .0004 today. Can't blame them...enough is enough

1) Dark Pulse has no factory, no manufacturing capabilities. If a contract would ever be obtained, a third party (Sanmina) would be commisioned to provide ALL associated manufactured supplies. The question then becomes funding.>>

2) Dennis can stop pumping his attempt to get back into his Houston headquarters (the one he got evicted from for lack of rent payment). The company's new headquarters is located at 3 Columbus Circle 15th Floor, New York, NY 10019. The space is a virtual address, virtual officd. The lease is expiring next month.

3) Yes train. This is nothing more than a lotto play. Considering everything, that's all it has ever been. Hope for a two or three tick flip on whatever run can be manufactured -- by the same group that manufactured the last run to .0007.>>

4) Dennis's goal now is to avoid bankruptcy. The newly filed 10-K is Dark with hardly a Pulse. If the auditor's opinion was presented in street lingo instead of "formal speak", it would look more like "As a Chief Financial Officer, Dennis is not competent/capable, and this company is on life support."

DENNIS always has a new idea for a meet an greet or a mission every few weeks in order to demonstrate or sell his company's ideas ??
and when whoever shows up at these meetings and probably asks about SALES an REVENUE and where is your factory located ??
which leads to no sales or commitment and then always the stock price drops
i suggested to him to hire a real sales team keep the share dilution to a minimum be aware of share price and don't post crap

WE ALL KNOW THE AIR FORCE brain storm of months ago wasn't going to fly just as other meet an greet talking points don't move the share price
