SK3 Group, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: SKTO) announces that it has signed an agreement with its parent company, Healthcare of Today, Inc. (www.healthcareoftoday.com), for the transfer to it of nurse and therapist placement company PRN Registry, Inc. ("PRN Registry") and ZAP HealthCare LLC, a home medical equipment supplier. PRN Registry and ZAP HealthCare LLC will become operating subsidiaries of SK3 Group, Inc. ("SK3") upon completion of the transfers, which is expected to take place in the next 45 days.

Earlier this month SK3 announced that it will change its corporate name to Healthcare of Today Services, Inc. as soon as approval by FINRA and issuance of a new trading symbol for the common stock has been obtained. In that same announcement, SK3 indicated that it would become the operating holding company for the Healthcare of Today companies in the health services field, to allow consolidation of management, financial reporting and operations of multiple companies.
