Voluntary benefits focus adds strength to clients’ recruiting and retention efforts

Holden Strub has joined Alliant Insurance Services as a Producer within its Employee Benefits Group. Based out of Alliant’s East region, Strub will share his expertise in employee benefits and his expertise of creating custom voluntary benefits solutions with clients nationally.

“Employees are asking their employers for a wide range of voluntary benefits, and Holden is passionate about the application and changing landscape of voluntary benefits for employers,” said Kevin Overbey, President, Alliant Employee Benefits. “We are fortunate to add a producer like him to our team.”

Before joining Alliant, Strub worked for an employee benefits technology company in business development, where he brought impactful savings to their clients’ employee benefits programs through the lens of voluntary benefits and perks. He was also an account manager and helped to drive growth for clients in the management consulting, hedge funds, and market research sectors.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Tulane University.
