TORONTO, June 26 /CNW/ - The Company reports the following transactions
in common shares of the Company by Directors and Senior Officers of the
Company on June 23, 2009. All prices are in Canadian dollars, unless noted
otherwise. The common shares were issued upon the vesting of previously issued
restricted share units of the Company. In addition, an additional 195,523
common shares were issued to certain other non-senior officers of the Company
upon vesting of previously issued restricted share units of the Company at
$10.11 per share.

In addition, the Company reports that each of the independent directors
of the Company, Messrs. Carl Renzoni, Dino Titaro, John Begeman, Juvenal
Mesquita, Nigel Lees, Patrick Mars, Richard Graff and Robert Horn were granted
8,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company at a grant price of
$12.42 on May 29, 2009. These options vest equally over a three-year period
beginning May 29, 2009 and expire on May 29, 2014.
