    TORONTO, May 15 /CNW/ - The Company reports the following transactions in 
common shares of the Company by Directors and Senior Officers of the Company 
on May 12, 2009. All prices are in Canadian dollars, unless noted otherwise. 
In addition, options to purchase an additional 384,000 common shares of the 
Company at $9.91 per share were granted to certain other non-senior officers 
of the Company. All options vest equally over a three-year period beginning 
May 12, 2010.
