                             Change of Directorship

It is with regret that The Wigmore Group Plc has today announced the
resignation, due to reasons of personal health, of its Group Finance Director,
Mark Howard Sidlin.

An immediate replacement for Mark is currently being sought by the Company's
Board. An interim finance director now heads the Group's finance department.
