Venture Production PLC (VPC.LN), a North Sea focussed oil company, Monday confirms that it has only received confirmation of the intentions of two shareholders, ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC and Larry Kinch of the price they are prepared to accept for their shares in Venture from Centrica PLC (CNA.LN).
