In accordance with LR 9.6.14(2) Nick Salmon, non-executive director and senior
independent director of United Utilities Group PLC has been appointed as a
non-executive director of Asia Resource Minerals plc with effect from 1 January
2014 and will be appointed as their senior independent director on 1 February
2014.
