Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of
1,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the
existing ordinary shares, to the Official List.

These shares are the subject of a block listing and will be issued upon the
exercise of share options under the Taylor Woodrow Group Savings Related Share
Option Scheme.
