Travelzest PLC announces that, further to the announcement made on 22 July 2013 and the announcement earlier today of Jonathan Carroll's resignation, the notice received requisitioning a General Meeting of the Company's shareholders to consider the removal of Mr Jonathan Carroll as a director of the Company, has been withdrawn.
