RELEASE IMMEDIATE



10 Group plc has announced a placing of 236 million shares at 0.25p with
Seymour Pierce Ellis Ltd to raise #590,000.



This money has been raised to fund new opportunities arising for 10i, the
investment division of 10 Group plc, and also an opportunity to be announced
later for 10 Leisure, 10 Group's new leisure division.



10 Group chairman Andy Moore said: "This cash is being raised to support the
new focus of 10 Group on investment and leisure and to enable us to take
forward our exciting plans.



"With the Stock Market still in an uncertain period, we are mindful of the
opportunities that are occurring on a regular basis, and we are now in a
position to move swiftly to take advantage of these opportunities and thus
further enhance shareholder value."
