10 Group plc has announced that its subsidiary 10 Publishing Ltd has sold its IT
and internet recruitment title, IS Opportunities.

10 Group acquired IS Opportunities from London publishers Ballantyne Ross Ltd in
February 2000.

The consideration for the sale is #395,000 in cash.  Twelve months ago, 10 Group
plc paid #250,000 for IS Opportunities, with #50,000 paid in cash and #200,000
in 10 Group shares at 6p.  10 Publishing Ltd has entered into an agreement to
provide editorial content and production services for the foreseeable future. 
This service will be charged at normal commercial rates.

10 Group chairman Andy Moore said: "With the marketplace for IT recruitment
currently expanding, this represents an opportunity for 10 Group to realise the
enhanced capital value of IS Opportunities."
