                    Payment of final dividend

Further  to today's announcement of preliminary results for  the
year ended 30 June 1999, Town Centre Securities PLC proposes  to
pay  the  final  dividend of 3p per share on 4 January  2000  to
shareholders on the register at close of business on 26 November
1999.
