                       Speymill Group plc ("the Company")

                              Posting of Documents

The Company's Board announces that it has arranged for the circular to
shareholders in relation to the proposed scheme of arrangement of the Company
under s.425 Companies Act 1985 (the "Scheme Document") to be posted to
shareholders today, together with forms of proxy for the shareholder meetings
convened for 1 August 2007. The Board also confirms that the Appendix to the
Schedule One Announcement (the "AIM Appendix") issued by the proposed new parent
company of the Company has been posted to the Company's shareholders today.

Copies of the Scheme Document and AIM Appendix may also be obtained from
Stephenson Harwood, One St. Paul's Churchyard, London EC4M 8SH and the Company's
website at www.speymill.com, from today's date.
